Develop and/or "Customize" user inventory and record keeping system, so that it satisfies Subpart B, of Customs Regulation 146.
Develop systems and procedures manual which satisfies Customs Regulations, yet fits into the User's procedures.
Establish interface procedures between the User and Operator, and the User and Customs.
Train employees in complying with Customs Regulations in handling and storing merchandise and inventory control and record keeping.
Implement all Customs and other Government agency requirements for site activation.
DAILY OPERATIONS
Provide ongoing technical expertise and Information on legislative and regulatory issues and changes.
Monitor admission, manipulation, manufacture, exhibition, destruction and transfer of merchandise for Users.
Monitor Maintenance of inventory control and record keeping systems including accounting of overages and shortages, cycle and annual count reconciliation and reporting, physical and procedural security.
Conduct spot checks, advise, update information, procedures and systems and procedural manual.
Execute all necessary Customs documents.
Provide continuing employee training.
Act as a liaison between User and Customs and other Government Agencies.
Advise management regarding more sophisticated zone procedures.
